The Gunditjmara Nation and the Djab Wurrung
260 m2 / 2800 sf
Commissioned by semi-retired empty-nesters, who have been running a small bed and breakfast in the rural town of Dunkeld for the past few years and have plans to relocate there on a permanent basis. Their brief called for a generous, but basic farm house, with the addition of a detached building to provide further accommodation and income. Their land sits at the foot of Mt. Sturgeon and is a gateway town to the significant Grampians region.
